These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made through the website https://www.monnpue.com (hereinafter MONN).

MONN reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time and without prior notice, these general conditions of sale and the characteristics of the services provided. In case of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will apply to each order.

THE ORDERS

MONN will not be responsible for any possible delay caused by the transport agency or force majeure.

If an ordered product is not in stock, we will contact you to offer you an alternative. MONN reserves the right to accept or reject all orders without notice.

By placing an order, you are submitting a proposal to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and order price confirmation.

In case of cancellation of the order, the customer may exercise his right to cancel as long as the order has not yet been sent. If this requirement is met, the payment made will be fully refunded within 24 to 48 hours.

Our product offers, prices and stock are valid and in force while they appear on the website, except for typographical or computer errors.

Consequently, if the quantity of items ordered exceeds the quantity available in stock, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order, and we reserve the right to cancel the order for stock reasons.

If the merchandise is not available, within 3 business days at MONN we will contact you to resolve the issue and offer you alternatives within our stock.
The prices are indicated in euros, they are calculated with VAT and without shipping costs.

The invoice amount is charged in full and in a single payment for each order. All orders are invoiced and collected in euros only. MONN reserves the right to refuse to ship an order or fulfill an order from a buyer who has not paid the total or partial amount of their last order or with whom there is a payment dispute. Until receipt of payment, the merchandise will be considered the property of MONN.

RETURNS

MONN reserves the right to reject returns sent outside the established period (15 days from the period of receipt of the merchandise). Returns can only be made for defects or defects in the items. Products returned due to defects will be exchanged for the same product, and may be sent immediately, or in a next order when the customer requests it. Shipping costs will never be the responsibility of MONN. In the event that the defective product is not in stock and for that reason alone, the customer may choose another product or leave the amount pending to deduct from a next order. In all cases, without exception, items must be returned in their original condition, including tags, unmarked or scratched labels, and any packaging. All products will be inspected upon return. Once verified by the quality department, the change will be made.

Delay in the delivery of merchandise by the transport company will not be a reason for a refund.

APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with Luxembourg law and, in the event of any dispute or claim relating to these terms and conditions, such dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
